Kelly Mullins, CEO

Kelly Mullins is an experienced entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in start-ups. Prior to Reading Revolution he led product marketing and management for Revenue Science. In his time there Revenue Science’s customer base grew from 10 to over 40 major media customers.
Prior to Revenue Science Kelly was at T-Mobile HotSpot, where he led product marketing and management for the Wi-Fi product group as it grew from 300 to 3000 locations. In that role he had day-to-day operational responsibility for the critical relationship with Starbucks.
Kelly has also played instrumental roles in guiding two companies to acquisitions. In 2001 he was VP of Marketing for Eizel Technologies, which was acquired by Nokia. In 1999 he was Director of Product Marketing and Business Development for @mobile, which was acquired by Software.com.
Kelly received his MBA, with a specialization in marketing and environmental management, from the University of Washington. He graduated with Vanderbilt University with a concentration in English.
Bill McGinnis, VP of Sales
Bill McGinnis has over 37 years of experience in sales and marketing responsibilities in the Educational Publishing Industry.
Bill was teaching school in 1970 when recruited by Laidlaw Brothers of River Forest, Illinois to sell schoolbooks in Maine and New Hampshire. Following 8 years in the field, Bill successfully managed a field sales force for 8 years in New England and New York.
Following Laidlaw, Bill advanced to the Regional level of management at Addison Wesley Publishing Company of Reading, Massachusetts. In addition to increasing sales by over 80% in the Northeast Region, Bill also hired and trained three new field managers.
Beginning in 1987, Bill was VP of Sales and Marketing for Delta Education in Nashua, New Hampshire. He was responsible for the sales and marketing of the Curriculum Division and the Wholesale Division. Delta Education grew to a 35 million dollar company during Bill’s tenure.
Teacher Created Materials created an initiative of selling directly to schools across the US in 1997. Bill was hired to head the initiative and over 2 years hired, trained and monitored over 70 representatives. The Curriculum Division at TCM grew to over 7 million in 4 years.
Bill has been managing NY, NJ, PA, VA and OH for the last 3 and ½ years for Peoples Education of Saddle Brook, NJ. In 2007, a new product line increased sales by over 82% in Bill’s region.
